About Kenneth

Mr. Shakeshaft graduated from the University of Illinois Law School after receiving an undergraduate degree in International Economics.  He founded the Shakeshaft Law Firm in 1982.  He has emphasized helping and representing individuals in claims against insurance companies, large corporations or government entities.

Mr. Shakeshaft is admitted to the Bar for the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Colorado Supreme Court and the United States District Court of Colorado.  He is also licensed to practice in the Texas Supreme Court and United States District Court of Texas.

Mr. Shakeshaft is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and he was on the Board of Directors for CTLA for several years.  He has authored articles on subjects such as workers’ compensation, federal workers’ compensation, personal injuries and Social Security Disability.

In his personal time, Mr. Shakeshaft enjoys the Colorado outdoors.  He participates in various marathons and triathlons, and, enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with his family.
