Mr. Mutic is a registered patent attorney, who focuses on matters involving business law, intellectual property, and civil litigation. During his career, Mr. Mutic has represented numerous clients, ranging from individuals and startups to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Mutic provides services relating to business formation, management, operations, and in 2011 he helped his clients negotiate over forty million dollars worth of new business agreements. These agreements include numerous licenses, leases, covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements, service agreements, and several complex acquisitions involving international asset transfers. Mr. Mutic offers extensive strategies for domestic and international patent, trademark, and copyright protection. He provides counsel on intellectual property strategies in a broad spectrum of technologies, notably medical devices and software. Along with helping structure transfer of domestic and international patent, trademark and copyright rights, as a part of his practice Mr. Mutic offers opinions on patent infringement, validity, freedom to operate issues, as well as due diligence services. Mr. Mutic’s litigation practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and general business disputes, including breach of contract and real estate disputes

Stan was born in Buffalo, New York but has lived in Colorado for the past 25 years. He is a former City Councilmember and Mayor Pro-Tem for the City and County of Broomfield. When he is not working, Stan enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and children.
