About Kevin
Mr. Cain has extensive experience in medical and legal malpractice litigation and he also maintains an appellate practice. Now, his practice focuses on litigation at the trial and appellate levels in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Cain is a product of the distinguished Advocacy Program at South Texas College of Law, where he won multiple national and state championships and many speaking and brief-writing awards. Mr. Cain is a former Briefing Attorney of The First Court of Appeals. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at South Texas College of Law and has coached multiple national and state teams to championships.
