About Kevin

Mr. Kilby joined McGraw Morris, P.C. in 2009.  Prior to joining McGraw Morris, P.C., Mr. Kilby was employed in the municipal division of Kupelian Ormond & Magy, P.C.  Mr. Kilby brings with him an extensive knowledge of governmental operations.  Mr. Kilby worked for the Floyd County Ambulance Service for 10 years and was a full-time law enforcement officer for the cities of Bowman, North Dakota, Nora Springs, Iowa, and Leon, Iowa.  He also worked in the City Manager's Office for the City of West DesMoines, Iowa before being appointed the City Administrator for the City of Clio, Michigan.

Mr. Kilby received his J.D., graduating cum laude, and a certificate in Litigation, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  While at Cooley, Mr. Kilby was active in numerous organizations, including, Assistant Editor - Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, Mock Trial National Team, Moot Court Board, and Mock Trial Board.  Mr. Kilby received his Master's Degree in Public Administration from Drake University with honors in 1999 and received his bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University in 1997.

Mr. Kilby is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, Federal Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
