I am an attorney who has been practicing in Virginia since 2011, concentrating in Family Law (Divorce, Child Custody, Support, and related matters); Criminal Defense, including DUI, drug crimes, violent crimes, domestic violence crimes, protective orders, and other related matters; as well as Business Formation, Landlord/Tenant, and Contract Law.
I have significant trial experience in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, General District Courts, and Circuit Courts throughout Virginia, as well as experience in the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the Federal Courts in the Eastern District of Virginia.
I take an individualized approach to each client's situation, because they are never the same, and I handle each case personally. I do not have associate attorneys who are going to show up with you in court who you have never met before. I will be with you the entire step of the way ensuring that your rights are protected to the fullest extent of the law.
