About Kevin

Kevin J. Robinson was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on January 8, 1978.  He was admitted to practice in West Virginia in 2006. 

Mr. Robinson is a member of the Raleigh County Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  He is also admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. 

Mr. Robinson received his B.B.A. in Economics from Marshall University in 2000.  While at Marshall, Mr. Robinson was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon and was Vice President of Performances for Alpha Kappa Psi. 

Kevin went on to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School, receiving his J.D. in 2006.  During law school, he interned at the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office in Detroit, Michigan, prosecuting forfeiture and domestic violence cases. 

Upon completion of his legal studies, Mr. Robinson worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the Kanawha County Public Defender's Office and the Raleigh County Public Defender's Office before joining Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in 2008.
