About Kevin
Kevin Wetherille grew up in Shakopee, graduating from Shakopee Senior High School in 1996. Following high school, Kevin attended Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota where he majored in History, with a particular focus on United States and Native American history. After obtaining a B.A. degree from Carleton in 2000, Kevin attended William Mitchell College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2003.
Kevin began working with Jaspers, Moriarty & Walburg during law school as a Law Clerk. After spending over 2 hears clerking with Jaspers, Moriarty & Walburg, the firm hired Kevin as an associate following his admission to the bar in 2003. Kevin was named a shareholder in Jaspers, Moriarty & Walburg in 2007. Currently, Kevin resides in Belle Plaine, Minnesota with his wife, Jen and their son Shannon.
A significant portion of Kevin's practice is devoted to litigation in the areas of Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Family Law as well as more transactional areas of practice such as Estate Planning.
