About Kiana

Attorney Kiana Franulic has spent several years in the legal industry first as a paralegal prior to becoming an attorney. Her experience includes mortgage finance, employment law, real estate, commercial litigation and representation of small businesses. Her unique experience in various legal disciplines and mortgage finance has provided her with in depth insight into business and personal relationships. She focuses her expertise and consult on real estate transactions, civil litigation as well as commercial transactions and formation.

During Mrs. Franulic time in law school, she focused her attention on building a broad understanding of how the law affected the various aspects of an individuals life. Seeing how one issue created a rippling effect through a persons life, she set her goal on assisting the whole person or entity. Mrs. Franulic has worked for solo practitioners, a mid-size law firm and interned with the Wayne County Prosecutors Office. Mrs. Franulic volunteered her time with numerous organizations and held leader positions with the State Bar Criminal Law Council and the Washtenaw County Bar Association – Criminal Law Council. Prior to returning to full-time practice, Mrs. Franulic was trained and worked as a Residential Mortgage Underwriter with one of the nations largest wholesale lenders. This experience provided Mrs. Franulic with national reach and influence, allowing her to create connections nationwide to assist her clients with their every need.
