About Kiley

Kiley Whitty joined Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd. in 2017 focusing her practice on complex family law matters including divorce, parentage, legal separation, child support, pre and post-marital agreements, and pre and post-judgment litigation. She has been a Certified Guardian Ad Litem for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in DuPage County since 2011. In addition, Kiley handles matters involving creditor negotiations, bankruptcy, and estate planning.

Kiley was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2009. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for both the Northern District of Illinois and the Central District of Illinois.  

Kiley is a member and Past President of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers. She is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, and the DuPage County Bar Association. Kiley is actively involved in the DuPage County Bar Association having served on the Executive Committee as Assistant Treasurer, as the Chair of the New Lawyers’ Division for 2013-2014, and having served on the Planning Committee and Budget Committee. Kiley served as a Director of the DuPage County Bar foundation and is a regular volunteer for DuPage County’s Pro Se Help Desk.
