Represents corporation against large surplus lines carrier in dispute over hurricane damage coverage.
Represented private education institution regarding lawsuit filed against it by its former telecommunications provider. After lengthy litigation, telecommunications provider recognized its inability to prove any damages resulting from contract between institution and provider, the case was dismissed against the institution.
