Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
In a recent set of cases I represented investors who were victims of fraud. Losing out on significant portions of their retirement assets, the individuals were devastated. My firm was able to restore a sense of security for these individuals that they otherwise might not have had without our legal representation.
How did you build a successful practice?
One of the most important factors in building a practice is taking on the right cases. So many lawyers are willing to take anything. Rest assured if we take your case on a contingency, we feel it's a strong case. This practice of ours is well regarded in the legal community because we are well respected.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Experience. Our firm has been around for 30 years and I have been doing this for 20 years.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
We take a hands-on approach with each of our cases. There is no cookie cutter system. Each case is analyzed and prosecuted individually with specific attention to the details of that case.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Getting results for my clients! When someone calls us, it means they are in dire straits. When we can eradicate that trouble it is most satisfying.
