Jay Knispel is a New York personal injury attorney representing clients throughout New York City, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Westchester, and Long Island, in cases involving all types of injuries, including but not limited to: automobile and car accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect or abuse, lead paint or carbon monoxide poisoning, slip-and-falls, dog bites, products liability, injuries caused by defective equipment, and any other personal injuries or accidents that result in serious injury or death.

Attorney Knispel is licensed to practice law in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member in good standing of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Justice.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Knispel is a graduate of Binghamton University and received his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Knispel was inducted into the prestigious National Order of the Barristers. Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Knispel was a Senior Trial Attorney for a major, national insurance company. He represented commercial clients such as United Parcel Service, Red Lobster restaurants, Federated Department Stores as well as hundreds of individuals.
