About Kolette
Kolette Butler focuses her practice on complex discovery issues in defending product liability claims against recreational vehicle manufacturers across the nation. She coordinates efforts with partners to prepare and produce responses to discovery that lay the foundation for successful case outcomes.
Before joining Bowman and Brooke, Kolette clerked on the Arizona Court of Appeals for the Honorable Michael J. Brown. As a clerk she honed her analytical and writing skills as she evaluated the merit of appeals by researching the record, applicable statutes, rules, and case law. She then drafted decisions based on the research and presented them to panels of judges. Kolette handled a variety of civil cases including contract, torts, community property and real property disputes.
Kolette was an educator prior to attending law school. She chaired the junior high department of a K-12 school supervising six instructors and overseeing the needs of 200 students while carrying a full class load. In this capacity Kolette acted as liaison between the educators and school administration making the junior high's needs known while coordinating with the elementary and high school to ensure each program's success.
