Scott, the founding attorney of Northern County Law, began his legal practice at the Kootenai County Prosecutor's office prosecuting everything from drug offenses to driving charges. Scott then continued his prosecution career at the Shoshone County Prosecutor's office where he honed his skills of trial presentation and case analysis in both misdemeanor and felony cases. Prior to his work as a prosecutor, Scott graduated number one in his law school class in addition to clerking for a Federal Judge.
