About Kristi
Kristi was born in Fort Collins, Colorado, where her father taught water, environmental and agricultural law. Growing up, Kristi spent summers and school holidays at her family's Hereford ranch in Farson, Wyoming. Prior to entering law school in 1999 at the University of Wyoming, Kristi worked as a biologist in Alberta, Canada, and traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining the Hickey & Evans firm, Kristi worked for the Wyoming Attorney General's Office as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Tort/Litigation Division representing the divisions within the Wyoming Department of Employment in administrative hearings, the district courts and the Wyoming Supreme Court. She was a member of the National Association of Attorneys General and State OSHA Lawyer's Organization, and while employed at the Attorney General's Office, she published "Administrative Inspections: Does the Agency Need a Warrant?" in the Wyoming Lawyer. Kristi is admitted to practice in Colorado, Wyoming state and federal courts, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kristi is a member of the Wyoming State and Laramie County Bar Associations, and American Inns of Court.
