About Kristol
Kristol Bradley Ginapp is an associate in the firm's employment counseling and litigation department. She defends employers in litigation alleging employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, breach of contract, and other employment torts. She is also experienced in representing clients before the EEOC, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, the Department of Labor, OSHA, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Kristol also counsels and trains employers and supervisors on personnel practices including employee handbooks and policies, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, employee hiring and termination practices, wage and hour issues, and family medical leave and other leaves of absence.
During law school, Kristol focused her studies on employment and labor law, administrative law, and tort law. She served as the president of the Drake Law Women and was the executive editor of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. Her note, "Jim 'USDA' Crow: Symptomatic Discrimination in Agriculture," was published in the Spring 2003 edition of the Journal. Kristol also had the honor of serving as a law clerk for one of the premiere employment law firms in Iowa. She also worked as a research assistant for Professor James A. Albert for his forthcoming book Potomac Meltdown.
Prior to joining Bullivant, Kristol was an associate at Hutchison & Steffen.
