About Kristopher
Kristopher S. Kaufman, an associate with the Salt Lake City law firm of Tomsic & Peck LLC, concentrates his practice in business litigation, with an emphasis in commercial transactions, intellectual property, real estate and eminent domain. Mr. Kaufman has successfully represented defendants and plaintiffs in Utah federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate level. Mr. Kaufman is a 2004 graduate from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he graduated top ten percent. Prior to graduation, Mr. Kaufman served as an Articles Editor for the Utah Law Review and as an intern for the Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court. Mr. Kaufman is a member of the Utah State, Salt Lake County and Weber County Bars. Mr. Kaufman is also an alumnus of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Mr. Kaufman is originally from Ogden, Utah. Mr. Kaufman has been named in the 2008 Rising Stars (TM) list published by Super Lawyers (TM) magazine as one of the top young attorneys in the Mountain States region.
