About Kurt
Mr. Kramer is Counsel in the Commercial Litigation Department. He has over 19 years of experience in commercial, tort, professional liability, premises liability, employment, and insurance coverage litigation, with particular emphasis on representation of commercial and business clients in complex litigation. Mr. Kramer has tried numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts.
In addition to the general representation of both insured and self insured business entities, Mr. Kramer has extensive experience representing companies in the security alarm and guard industries. Additionally, he represents creditors in bankruptcy actions, including actions for relief from stay, preference actions and workouts.
Mr. Kramer received his B.S. degree, cum laude, in 1982 from LaSalle College and his J.D., cum laude, in 1986 from Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
