Kyle Allen, Attorney

Born in Houston, Texas, Kyle is a 25+ year resident of Austin, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from Trinity University and his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. Kyle began his family law practice even before his graduation from law school. During his third year of studies, Kyle represented disadvantaged families as a student attorney at the St. Mary's Civil Justice Clinic. For his work, Kyle was honored with the Pro Bono Achievement Award upon graduation.

Kyle brings the compassion necessary to listen carefully to the often emotionally challenging matters that involve family law. With a deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code, Kyle can deliver answers to your most trying questions in plain English.

At The Butler Firm, Kyle focuses his practice in the areas of divorce, child support, child custody and visitation, and adoptions.

Away from the practice of law, Kyle enjoys his lifetime love of baseball, participating in adventure races, and spending time with his two mutts.
