Stephen McGuire is a 2012 graduate of Ave Maria School of Law. Prior to law school, he graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2005, with a degree in political science, and earned an MBA with high honors from Duquesne University in 2007. He is also a ten-year veteran of the United States Army. Stephen's practice is primarily focused on business and real estate law, appellate practice, and general civil litigation. He provides escrow and closing services for a high percentage of the brokered business transactions in Lee County, Florida, and serves as registered agent for hundreds of Florida corporations and limited liability companies. Additionally, he provides general counsel services to numerous local businesses and franchises. Attorney McGuire is admitted to practice in Florida, West Virginia, the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Scott was born and raised in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in upstate New York. He them attended and received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2001. His career began shortly thereafter working as an associate attorney at a mid-size firm named Wingate, Kearney and Cullen concentrating mainly on real property, title and banking law. Scott then relocated to Southwest Florida in 2006 and went to work as an associate with Burkard Law Firm in Fort Myers. At Burkard he expanded his practice areas to include family, probate, wills, contracts and business law. In 2009, Scott opened Faden Law Firm where he ran a general civil litigation firm practicing in all of those areas. Finally, in February of this year, Scott partnered up with Barbara Cossu and created Faden & Cossu, PA, where they will continue to represent your needs in the legal areas of: family law, real estate, probate wills and estate planning, business, contracts and civil litigation.

Anthony (“Tony”) P. Pires, Jr. is a partner at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. in the Naples office. He provides legal services to clients throughout Collier and Lee Counties in Local Government Law, Municipal Law, Land Use and Zoning Law, Land Use Applications, Rezonings, Bond Validation, and Administrative Law.
