Anastasia graduated from high school at the age of sixteen and proceeded to obtain a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology along with a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University in 2009 with. In 2014, Anastasia, after attending law school at night and maintaining full-time employment throughout, received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern Shephard Broad Law School and, upon admittance to the Florida Bar, joined K/S Attorneys at Law providing legal service to firm clients demonstrating a resilient and unbridled passion and dedication to the law and the needs of the firm’s clients. Ms. El Fadel is a Junior Partner with KS Attorneys at law and currently heads up our Firm’s business development, business structuring, business funding and commercial civil trial departments. As such, Ms. El Fadel is experienced in most all areas of commercial business development, commercial civil trial and appellate representation and is licensed to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Florida and the State Courts of New Jersey. Ms. El Fadel’s educational accolades range from graduating summa cum laude from the Shepard Board Law School at Nova Southeastern University to serving as the past Notes and Comments Editor for the Nova Law Review, to serving as the Chairperson for Problem Research and Development committee for the law schools moot court program. ​Andrew A. Iacobelli is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, Michigan, Texas and the Province of Ontario. Andrew is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal Courts, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Andrew obtained his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Michigan State University, and was the recipient of a merit scholarship. While attending law school, Andrew was a publications manager and editor with the Michigan State University Journal of International Law, and was also a member of the Michigan State Moot Court and Advocacy Board. Andrew commenced his professional career with a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Gerald Lostracco at the 35th Circuit Court of Michigan, and then joined a preeminent medical malpractice insurance defense firm in North Palm Beach, Florida. In this capacity, Andrew obtained experience in complex litigation defending physicians and hospitals. Andrew expanded on this experience by joining one of the largest and most distinguished law firms in the State of Florida at their West Palm Beach office. Andrew litigated with a nationally recognized trial practice involved in the representation of primarily insurance companies, medical providers and large corporations in the defense of claims involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. Andrew obtained extensive experience handling complex liability cases, usually involving damages exposure of several millions of dollars. After becoming increasingly frustrated because his efforts were being used to minimize or defeat victims' claims, Andrew dedicated his career to helping ordinary people achieve justice following a serious injury. Andrew restricts his practice to the representation of personal injury victims in claims involving serious injuries and wrongful death from auto accidents, premises liability and medical malpractice. On his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, having fun with sports and recreational activities, and pursuing his passion for the sport of reining and the American Quarter Horse.

John M. Jorgensen is a fourth generation Floridian, who earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1982 from the University of Florida. Mr. Jorgensen joined Scott, Harris in 1982, and became a shareholder in 1992. He is currently the President and managing shareholder of the firm. He practices in the areas of civil litigation and trials, with emphasis on real property and business disputes, construction and land use litigation, landlord-tenant both commercial and residential, foreclosures, contract disputes, and appellate practice. He has over 40 years of civil litigation and trial experience, all of them with Scott/Harris. Mr. Jorgensen is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and represents clients in both state and federal courts throughout south Florida. He has done well over 100 civil trials in his career. Mr. Jorgensen has served as President of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and was also a member of the Association’s Board of Directors. He also served as chair of the Palm Beach County Land Use Advisory Board. He has received the highest AV rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
