I have built a successful practice with integrity, honesty and conscientiousness. I believe that is is important to have active client participation in a case in order to reach a positive outcome.It is always best to try and settle a case, where possible, as it saves the client time and money. However, if it is not possible to do so then I aggressively litigate the matter in court.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?When looking for a lawyer, clients should determine whether the lawyer is listening to them, has experience they are looking for, the knowledge of the law which the lawyer possesses as well as the lawyer's experience with the court system. Additionally, potential clients should read client reviews.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?)Local knowledge is somewhat important in the litigation of cases because it is always helpful to know the likes and how a particular judge conducts his or her courtroom.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?In a free phone consultation I can provide the potential client with an idea of what to expect with his or her case when he or she arrives for a hearing or trial.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?What differentiates me from other lawyers is that I am a family law specialist and only practice in this field. I have 31 years of experience in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. Further, when you retain me, I am the one doing the work for you not an associate.
