Laurence C. Kress has over ten years experience providing dedicated and compassionate representation to clients involved in complex and sensitive civil and criminal litigation matters. Attorney Kress' civil practice encompasses a wide range of matters including personal injury and wrongful death, civil rights, professional malpractice, corporate and business disputes, real estate and appeals.
Attorney Kress' criminal practice includes matters ranging from DUI to major felonies, with an emphasis on complex federal cases. A former public defender, Mr. Kress has extensive courtroom experience with over thirty trials as lead counsel.
Attorney Kress lives in Duncannon, Pennsylvania with his wife Angela, his daughter Lily and his sons Andrew and Issac.
