About Laurence
Laurence P. Nokes (Partner) - Mr. Nokes received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Utah in 1979 and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1982. Mr. Nokes practices in the areas of construction defect and land subsidence litigation as well as insurance coverage, employment, real estate, real estate broker and agent errors and omissions, tort, product liability and commercial litigation, including defamation and Lanham Act litigation. He appears in all California State and Federal Courts. Mr. Nokes has been a featured speaker in seminars hosted by the Society of Professional Engineers on issues concerning design and construction defects. Mr. Nokes also serves as Chairman of the Board of Managers of the South Coast YMCA, and in numerous other civic and charitable positions.
