Mr. Javins represents workers and their families, and devotes 100% of his practice to litigation. His experience spans product liability issues, heavy equipment accidents, logging, electrical cases and coal mining. Raised in a family of coal miners with his grandfather, father, uncles, and cousins working in the coal industry, Mr. Javins gained valuable experience working for coal companies during the summer months while in college.
