About Lee
Lee Noel Mermelstein joined Cozen O'Connor's New York Downtown office in July 2005 as an Associate in the General Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Lee was of counsel to the Special Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Administration for Children's Services where he litigated numerous child abuse and neglect cases to trial in family court.
Lee represents corporate and public entities in the defense of complex civil litigation, including products liability, toxic tort, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability and construction liability.
He is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law (J.D., 2003), where he was articles and notes editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, and a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton (B.A., 2000).
