Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I tried a case in Oakland County where the father wanted to change the school district of the minor child because he moved but the Court ruled in our favor leaving the child in the school district nearest to the Mother.

It is always helpful to have local knowledge but it is only one factor not necessarily the defining factor to success.

I provide basic information on the law as it relates to the individual case and my fees and give enough information to help the client determine if they wish to come in for an appointment.

I have significant experience and knowledge and have handled many cases. I also have experience in mediation, and case evaluation. in District Court over other cases, and sit as an attorney Magistrate.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The Gratitude that the client has when you have helped them through a significantly difficult and emotional crisis in their life.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Reading, gardening, and travel.

I sit as a case evaluator and attorney Magistrate in my local District Court. I attend local community activities and support local businesses.
