Les is a sole practitioner and therefore can provide you with the personalized professional legal services that you deserve. His paralegals, Dena and Lauretta, are extremely professional, competent, confidential and congenial. Both Lauretta and Dena have been with Les for over fourteen years.
As a sole practitioner, Les handles each case personally. Besides his highly qualified staff, he has ready access to and often uses other experts such as detectives, lawyers, doctors, medical and legal research experts, labor market and any other experts that may be indicated in a particular case.
Consultations are free. You may have as many consultations as are necessary to either answer your questions or until it is agreed that Les will represent you. If he represents you it will be on a percentage basis unless agreed otherwise. These consultations may be in person or on the phone at your election.
Les practices only in Arizona
so he is prepared to answer questions only as they relate to Arizona.
Phone calls and e-mail messages are returned promptly - almost always by the end of the day. Call Les with your questions, for free booklets or for a free consultation.
Booklets are available on Social Security and Workers' Compensation. For booklets, click here, type in "Booklets" as the subject, then please leave your name, address, and indicate which booklet(s) you want.
