Questions & Answers

How did you build a successful practice?

The key is to be small enough so that you can form a relationship with the client but still be large enough to have access to all available tools for the benefit of your client. We pride ourselves on our accessibility, personal attention, and straightforward communication.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

The ability to communicate comfortably with the lawyer. Virtually all lawyers possess the required qualifications, but it is best to find one what will talk "with" you vice "at" you and is easily reached when needed.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Each court and each judge has a different "feel" with different likes and dislikes. Being local is the only way to understand the specific environment and succeed within it.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

A consultation is NOT a sales pitch. The most important information that can be provided in that first conversation is whether or not we can help and should meet face to face. Unlike others, if we can't help, we'll readily admit it and try to refer you to someone who may be able to

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

We aren't faces on your TV. We're the actual lawyers that will be working on your matter. We don't have platoons of paralegals and ""case managers"" that are the actual workers on your file. You're hiring a lawyer, you should have a lawyer working for you.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

The heartfelt thanks from a client/family at the end of a case.

Are you involved in your community?

Many veterans' organizations, causes, charities.
