About Linda
Ms. Mayer practices primarily corporate, transactional and real estate law. She assists both public and private sector clients with a variety of matters related to new and ongoing business operations, including entity formation and counseling, asset acquisition, protection and disposition, contract negotiation and formation, real estate and construction matters, wetland regulation and permitting, and general business counseling.
