About Lindsay
In 1997, Ms. Harrington earned a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Japanese, from University of California, Davis. She graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2003. She is admitted to practice in California and in the Federal Court.
At McGeorge, Ms. Harrington served on the Board of Editors for the McGeorge Law Review as Chief Managing Editor. She was instrumental in completing five issues for publication during that time. Prior to being selected as Chief Managing Editor, she was a member of both the Comment Staff and Legislative Review Staff of the McGeorge Law Review. She authored Life-Term Inmates' Right to Procreate Via Artificial Insemination: Why So Much Fuss Over the Contents of a Plastic Cup?, 33 McGeorge L. Rev. 521 (2002) and Student Tipster Immunity: Protecting Individuals Who Report Threats of Potential Violence From Defamation Liability, 33 McGeorge L. Rev. 195 (2002). She was also a staff writer for the California Initiative Review. During law school, she clerked at a small civil litigation firm in Lodi, California.
Ms. Harrington is an active member of Women Lawyers of Sacramento. Ms. Harrington is also a lifetime member of the Cal Aggie Alumni Association and a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, Yolo County Bar Association, Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, American Bar Association, and McGeorge School of Law, Dean's Counsel. She also participates in mentoring programs with Women Lawyers of Sacramento and McGeorge School of Law.
Ms. Harrington joined Mason & Thomas in 2004 as an associate attorney. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, and employment litigation. With the firm, she has tried cases to jury verdict and handled appeals.
In her personal time, Ms. Harrington enjoys travel, tennis, cooking, and frequenting local dog parks with her dog, Vic. Ms. Harrington is also a certified PADI open water scuba diver and has logged over 50 open water dives since 1997.
