I have practiced law exclusively dealing with litigation and disputes in the areas of Family Law (divorce, child custody, child support, paternity/legitimation, adoption, modification of custody and support), Personal Injury(slip & fall, car wreck, wrongful death, product liability), social security disability (SSI & SSDI), Criminal Defense (DUI, felony, misdemeanor, traffic citations, drug, assault, battery, etc.), Business Organization, Collections, Wills, Trusts, Estates, Real Estate Litigation.

Hourly Rate $200.00 per hour Some cases may be eligible for contingency based fee or flat rate fee structure. Each case is unique and requires analysis of the particular needs of the client in order to fairly quote a fee or fee structure and are set based on a case by case basis. Most family law cases require a $200.00 consultation fee, subject to the discretion of the law firm.
