About Lori
Lori Van Daele focuses her practice on discovery work for clients throughout the United States and internationally. She prepares discovery responses in conjunction with her clients and their in-house engineers with the aim of minimizing client risk and potential sanctions caused by inconsistencies in responses or document production. She also prepares discovery motions and responses to motions to compel discovery or for sanctions against her clients, in addition to working with plaintiffs' and local counsel to resolve discovery disputes via conferences and written meet and confer procedures. She is also heavily involved with issues relating to electronically stored information, from the planning for the retention of ESI to the creation and issuance of litigation holds to the gathering and analysis of ESI for production in discovery.
Her reported cases include Hull v. DaimlerChrysler Corporation, 209 Ariz. 256, 99 P.3d 1026 (Ariz. App. Div. 2, 2004).
