About Luminita
Luminita Todor was born in Bucharest, Romania. She received a Ph.D. in physics, with a specialization in Nuclear Experimental Physics, from Old Dominion University, and a J.D. from George Mason Law School.
Dr. Todor worked as a post-doctoral associate with Carnegie Mellon University, and visiting professor with the Department of Physics at the University of Richmond, Virginia. She performed nuclear experiments using electron beams at Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, in Virginia. She gained vast experience in electronics, magnets, process control, cryogenics, modeling, signal processing, data analysis, and solving challenging technical problems related to performing nuclear experiments. She has published over 70 articles in nuclear physics.
Dr. Todor is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has experience in patent prosecution for mechanical devices, electronics and wireless communications. Dr. Todor is a member of the American intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), American Bar Association (ABA) and American Physical Society (APS).
Dr. Todor is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
