Rob grew up in the St. Louis area, studied Photojournalism, opened and owned a business in Columbia Missouri; Graduated form OCU Law School (JD 1995), Practicing since 1996 statewide State plus all 3 Federal District Courts, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver and he is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court.

I have always felt obligated to help others through what can be some of the hardest times of their lives. When someone is injured at work, without income, and not aware of their rights, I help them navigate the complicated field of workers’ compensation. The law does not always protect the injured worker, especially in Oklahoma, but I will never stop trying to help injured workers through either the court and/or commission or through the legislature. When not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family on our ranch. I grew up farming and something has always drawn me back to it. It recharges my batteries. If you can’t find me at court or in the office, then I am likely at the ranch but never too far away to help.

Most people are looking for an attorney because they find themselves in a situation of great strife. While I cannot undo the injury or harm suffered, I will do my utmost to assure them they will receive the compensation they deserve. I am dedicated to providing my client’s with dignity, comfort, and security as they transverse a legal process that can be burdensome and worrying.
