David is the founding shareholder of the law firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Helping clients achieve objectives in their best interest is David's primary goal. David's client service philosophy is to provide proactive advice and practical solutions to help his clients make money, save money and stay out of trouble. By carefully listening to the issues and concerns expressed by his clients, David is positioned to provide continuing assistance toward problem avoidance, thus reducing his clients' need to respond to unnecessary situational problems at some time in the future. In addition to serving as President and CEO of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., David has owned businesses in retail, restaurant, commercial real estate, residential real estate, service and farming. In his business law practice, David provides advice as outside general counsel to a number of nonprofit organizations. He works with privately held businesses, many of which are entrepreneurial and professional services clients including authors, lawyers, accountants, physicians, dentists and veterinarians, as well as franchisors and franchisees.

How did you build a successful practice?
Combining a work-life balance for attorneys and staff; operating under principles of ethics, clarity, and client service. Our attorneys strive to assure clients that their cases are in good hands. We sincerely value our relationships with clients and the confidence they have in our ability to represent their best interests.

Very important!
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
When someone first calls our office, we gather what information we can about the legal matter at hand to direct them to the proper attorney or paralegal. Because we have not entered into an attorney-client relationship, there is some information that can be provided but not legal advice.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
The basic circumstances of the legal matter, along with the names of the parties involved. We must do a conflicts check to see if we are able to represent the person calling.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
Law firms differ greatly from one another - though that may be difficult to determine when you are seeking legal representation. Our attorneys possess all of the qualities you would expect: legal expertise, excellent problem solving skills, versatility, creativity and passion for their work.
