Mr. Sutter has been in aviation for over thirty years and has been practicing law for over 25 years. He has represented numerous airmen against the FAA, airlines, and charter operators. His primary background has been in the field of the ADA and employment law. He pioneered the early developments of the ADA and the FMLA eventually arguing one of the first FMLA cases before the United States Supreme Court. He is a zealous advocate of his clients who refuses to bow to the demands of corporate America.
