About Madoline

Ms. Wallace-Gross primarily practices water law, including water rights litigation, water quality issues and transactional matters, with nine years’ experience in her field.

Ms. Wallace-Gross assists local governments, including cities, towns, water conservancy districts and water districts, for whom she develops new water supplies, protects existing water rights and completes water rights and real estate transactions. She also works on behalf of ditch and reservoir companies and private water rights owners. She has practiced extensively in the Colorado Water Courts in Division Nos. 1, 2 and 5, and has broad experience working with the State Engineer.

Ms. Wallace-Gross has authored and co-authored numerous published works, including:
