Mr. Takhtarov is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business (B.S. degree, 2011), where he specialized in legal studies. Thereafter, Mr. Takhtarov attended Widener University School of Law (J.D. degree, 2014), where he was a member of the prestigious Civil Law Clinic. There he worked with Delaware Volunteer Legal Services to provide assistance and representation to victims of domestic violence in the State of Delaware and was awarded the Pro Bono distinction for his services to the community.
