About Manson

Manson E. Church has been engaged in the general practice of law since 1952. Before his retirement in 1997, his practice was primarily in Estate Planning and Administration, and Municipal Finance.

Mr. Church received his undergraduate degree (A.B.) from Butler University in 1949 and his law degree (J.D.) from Indiana University School of Law in 1952. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Mr. Church is a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and served on the Indiana Probate Code Study Commission for fourteen years. He is also a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and the Indiana Bar Foundation. He has written and lectured on Probate and Municipal Finance subjects.
