Cases
Commonwealth vs. Shetler
Client was charged with first degree murder and the Commonwealth sought the death penalty for the shooting of a police officer. After a two-week trial, the client was found "not guilty." This case represents the only time that self-defense has ever been successfully utilized as a defense in a "cop killing."
