About Marc
Marc D. Lipman is a member of the Firm's Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice concentrates on real estate transactions, particularly commercial and residential land development acquisitions (including builder/developer acquisitions).
Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Mr. Lipman was Washington Area Counsel for Westminster Title Agency, Inc., a subsidiary of one of the nation's largest luxury home builders. In addition, he managed the company's commercial acquisitions department and assisted in the builder outsale division. Mr. Lipman has extensive experience in residential and commercial closing transactions, including financing, title examinations and complex title insurance and underwriting matters.
