About Marc
Marc Scollar has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 1990 and, as such, has over 20 years of litigation and legal experience. He is a third generation lawyer. Attorney Scollar’s grandfather, Joseph Scollar, practiced law in Richmond County, State of New York, until his passing. Marc’s father, Samuel L. Scollar, was admitted to practice law in 1958 and has had an extensive legal career expanding 50 years. (He was in a partnership with representative Guy Molinari. The partnership was known as Molinari, Dellilo, Scollar and Lasher.) Upon graduation from law school and admission to the Bar, Marc Scollar, Esq. was employed by his father from 1990 to 1996. Thereafter, they operated as partners in a firm known as Scollar & Scollar.
