About Marcia
Marcia Giordano began her legal career at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's office as an Assistant Public Defender. She spent four years representing individuals accused of both misdemeanors and felonies. She tried over thirty trials before a jury from voir dire to verdict. In order to broaden her legal knowledge, she left the public defender's office and spent the following three years working as a civil defense attorney representing insurance companies and corporations in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death and complex breach of contract cases. Once well versed in the civil arena, Ms. Giordano returned to criminal law and joined Fowler White Burnett's White Collar Criminal Defense Group in early 2008. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in both French and Italian.
