About Marcus
Marcus L. Turner is a partner with Herrig & Vogt, LLP, practicing out of the Sacramento Office. His practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation with an emphasis in construction law. Mr. Turner anchors his practice with a Bachelor of Science Degree in construction management from California State University at Chico. Prior to joining Herrig & Vogt, LLP in August 2004, Mr. Turner was employed for 10 years by Construction Consulting Group, Inc., a construction consulting and expert witness firm. He ended his tenure there as vice-president of case management. Mr. Turner received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. His education and practical experience support his ability to assist clients by analyzing critical path scheduling (CPM), perform schedule/delay quantification, labor/productivity and disruption/impact analysis in support of litigation of construction disputes. Mr. Turner is a member of the American Bar Association, the Legal Advisory Committee of the Associated General Contractors of America, the American Subcontractors Association, and the Sacramento County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Turner has been certified by Primavera Systems, Inc.
