Margaret M. Simok, Esquire. Attorney Simok focuses her practice in the areas of family law (divorce, support, custody, relocation and protection from abuse), disability law, employment law, administrative law and commercial and telecommunications law.

Ms. Simok has been practicing law since January 2003. She graduated from the Widener University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2002. Ms. Simok graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Related Studies.

Prior to her arrival at Scaringi & Scaringi, P.C., Ms. Simok spent one year at a small family law firm and five years in legal services. At MidPenn Legal Services, she was the managing attorney and represented clients in Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry Counties. She taught classes and ran clinics in the areas of custody and divorce, along with serving on a multitude of committees in the family law area for legal services and domestic violence.

Before entering the legal profession, Ms. Simok spent over twenty-five years in the telecommunications industry working for such companies as Sprint and MCI. Ms. Simok partnered with some of the nation's largest retailers as a pioneer in moving the wireless industry into the retail arena. Ms. Simok also worked in mergers and acquisitions, agent/dealer relationships, telephone company partnerships and land-use and development. Ms. Simok was a founding member of the Cellular Telecommunication Industry Association.

Attorney Simok lives in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County and is a past President of the Board of Directors and Development Council at Bishop McDevitt High School.
