QUESTIONNAIRE
We successfully resolved an attempt to take surface and minerals from a 90-year old landowner. We are negotiating a settlement for an out of state landowner to successfully retain over 1100 acres in southern Oklahoma; without going to court. We are currently assisting a homeowner who has been swindled out of $140,000 to recoup those funds.
How did you build a successful practice?All of our clients refer other clients. We also network at the local Chamber of Commerce and have built my practice on a reputation for reliable and honesty and deliver results.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Reliable, dependable, knowledgeable and results to meet the clients needs. Honest assessment of the clients case.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Local knowledge is good but wide-range knowledge is also an asset.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?We tell potential clients whether or not we can or will handle their case based on basic facts. If we feel they have a true issue then we schedule a meeting.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?We strive to meet the clients needs and work hard on our end to not be the firm that delays hearings. We work at resolving issues before they get into the court.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?I enjoy helping those in need.
What are your other interests in addition to law?Read, sing, long walks.
Are you involved in your community?Our church (serve as Treasurer) and my firm is the churches local counsel. Member of Mustang and Yukon Chambers.
