About Mariana

Mariana Olenko has been a matrimonial, family, residential real estate and wills and estates lawyer for over two decades. After graduating from Fordham Law School in 1995, she practiced at Scoppetta Seiff Kretz & Abercrombie until 2015. In October 2015, she opened her own firm, Olenko Law, PLLC, where she provides clients with the same high quality service and careful attention to detail that has characterized her work throughout her professional career.

Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Mariana immigrated to America with her parents when she was nine years old. She attended Horace Mann, followed by Bryn Mawr College and then worked as a tax paralegal at Baker & McKenzie before starting law school. When she graduated from law school, Mariana knew she wanted to work closely with individuals, helping them to navigate legal challenges and find solutions to crucial issues affecting their lives. Mariana’s practice is focused on Matrimonial and Family Law, Residential Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Surrogate’s Court Work and Contract Drafting and Negotiation.

Mariana is admitted to practice law in New York State, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mariana lives in Manhattan with her children.
