Erin Leary has been licensed in Nebraska since 1984, and in Arizona since 2000. She has over 30 years of experience in probate law. She attended Colorado State University for undergrad with a major in Journalism, and attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville School of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. She became licensed in Nebraska by motion (reciprocity) in 1984 after passing the Arkansas bar, and became licensed in Arizona in 2000 after passing the Arizona bar.

Attorney Kevin Jensen was born and raised in Evanston, Wyoming, on a ranch where he learned the value of hard work. After graduating high school, Kevin left Wyoming to serve a two-year proselyting and service mission for his church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Upon his return from his mission, he attended Brigham Young University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following Kevin’s graduation from BYU, he attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1998-2001. There he participated in various school activities, including the Marquette University Law School Moot Court. After graduating from law school, Kevin moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he practiced law in the area of insurance defense litigation including insurance coverage, medical malpractice and liability litigation. In 2003, Kevin moved to Arizona to continue his work in insurance defense litigation. Mark Andersen is the managing partner of ANDERSEN PLLC. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arizona State University in 1999. In a prior career in public accounting that began in 1999, Mark audited large and small businesses, and provided due diligence with regard to purchases of other businesses. He worked as a staff auditor for Ernst & Young in Phoenix for two years, and passed the CPA exam in November of 2000. While in law school in Chicago, Mark advised clients on commercial real estate transactions as a senior consultant for RSM McGladrey. Mark began practicing law in the area of trusts and estates in 2006. From there, he branched into other areas of law, including guardianships, conservatorships and estate litigation. Mark graduated from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, IL in 2005. He was admitted to the Illinois bar later that year, and passed the Arizona bar in July of 2006. After four Chicago winters, Mark had enough and moved his family, which includes his wife (Katie) and two fun-loving kids (Gracie and Brian), back home to Arizona, where they can spend more time with both sets of grandparents.
