Ms. Harper graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, currently Western Michigan Thomas Cooley Law School. She received the Certificate of Merit in twelve courses, including Immigration Law and completed an externship with Garmo & Associates, a firm dealing exclusively in Immigration Law. Ms. Harper practiced immigration law at the Law Office of Robert M. Birach, Esq., a high-volume immigration firm, and gained extensive experience representing clients before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Immigration Court.
Ms. Harper’s background, education and experience paved the way for her immigration law practice. She graduated, Cum Laude, from Oakland University with a major in Human Resource Development. She then worked as a legal secretary at a personal injury law firm for 9 years and also tutored English as a Second Language.
